In this situation, leader have to know what should he/she do exactly and set a goal to keep a concentration of his/her team. Of course, leader must not show negative expression like impatience or confusion to his/her teammates. If I compare leadership to something, I can say that leadership is a compass. A broken compass can never bring us to a goal, we can not reach to the goal unless the compass points accurate direction.
In my thinking, it does not mean that only leader have to acquire a leadership in a group. But the whole members of group should know about the leadership and have their spirit of self-reliance. I think Japanese tend to rely on their boss or leader so much and do not have their own thinking, isn't it?
