Week1: The things I have learned so far

     In the first class, we learned how to shake hands with people. Ken told us that we have to aware "brief","warm" and "firm". These 3 elements are the most important in shaking hands. Also, other things like eye-contact and smiling are also important too. 


     In the next class, we learned about power posing. The data shows that power posing has quite a lot of benefits. For example, it helps decreasing stress hormone which is called cortisol. Power posing can change our body physically and these changes are effected to motivation and health. You can make a better performance by using power posing!


     We also went to a computer room and learned how to create a blog. Now I am using my iphone to post this blog. I wanna sleep! Bye~
