Optimism is important to the team in terms of its atmosphere and self-confident of each members. Emotion of leaders are easy to influence their team mates. Obviously, good feeling can exert people's potential effectively. Therefore, if leaders have a optimistic vision, their mates will feel relax and be able to action better than a serious mood. However, I think that keeping optimism is quite a hard thing to do for some people including me. We tend to be disturbed when something we do not expect happens. Therefore, I respect people who can always have an optimism.
Also, I think that I have to write a blog regularly to become a good student before I aim to be a good leader... Sorry Ken...!

Hi Raku!
ReplyDeleteYeah, leader's temper easily affects the environment of the team both positively and negatively. So, to maintain the good mood, leaders have to be optimistic as much as possible. Of course it is too hard, but Ganbarou together:)
Hi Aoi,
DeleteThanks for responding to Raku's blog.

Hi, Raku.
ReplyDeleteI really agree with your opinion, leader's behavior often relates to mate's motivation. Also, it is very important point that we should practice to think optimistically for the time when something we do not expect happens. And, to keep working blog and writing are a little hard, but I am always encouraged by looking other mate's great work (yours too!). Thank you.
Hi Erina,
DeleteThanks, as always, for your commenting!

Hi Raku,
ReplyDeleteIt is always nice to hear from you (and more often would be even better!).
Yes, as Shackleton once said, "Optimism is true moral courage." What he meant was what you have said, that it is not easy, but it is important, and in a sense we have an obligation to be optimistic, to ourselves and to others.
Looking forward to hearing more from you Raku.
